What if there is any kind of damage caused in the hotel during the event?
Everyone is responsible for him/herself! There will be a special Check on the 10th of April. In case something is missing or destroyed in the hotel rooms, participants will have to pay for it before departing from the hotel!
What if a participant cancels?
It depends on what period he/she will cancels. If he/she will cancel before the deadline of deposit then its ok. But if he/she will cancel after the deposit then unfortunately the money will be kept.
